Amaizing ease of use and very durable
Hello Orbitkey Team,
I recently had the pleasure of testing your prototype, the Orbitkey Clip v2, and wanted to share some feedback on my experience.
First and foremost: bravo on the design. The Clip v2’s magnetic detatch mechanism makes it effortless to detach and re‑attach my apartment gate fob—no more wrestling with split rings. What used to take me nearly four minutes of fumbling now takes literally two seconds. That extra time is invaluable, especially on the mornings when I’m rushing out the door for my daily run.
A few highlights:
• Seamless Operation: The magnetic mechanism and design clip feels robust yet smooth. It grips securely, so I never worry about my fob slipping off mid‑run.
• Ergonomic Form Factor: The low‑profile silhouette sits comfortably on my waistband or pocket without snagging. I barely notice it’s there—as it should be.
• Quality Materials: The matte black steel finish inspires confidence in its durability, and the matte coating resists scratches and fingerprints.
Thanks to the Clip v2, accessing my gate fob has become second nature. That reliability has shaved minutes off my daily routine and, more importantly, allowed me to focus on what really matters—getting out the door, clearing my head, and reducing stress.

Works great, very easy to detach keys when needed.
This is a great setup Easy to use and very secure once hooked with the carabiner.
I own this as well as the new clip and this is far superior and secure than the new not improved model. i have never lost my keys with this clip however with the new systen i have lost my keys 3 times at this stage so unless your clipping it onto a belt i would recommend the Orbitkey Clip V2 everyday of the week
