Adore this bag - everything has a place, I can fit so much in without overloading it (or without making things hard to find), and I love that you can accessorise it easily with the lil clip on the front. I have the 16L size and its perfectly compact while still fitting in all my essentials (which on most days include a 13inch laptop, notebook, drink bottle, lunch box, umbrella, toiletries and more - and theres room if I need to add in extra). Could not recommend this more and I love supporting a design-driven, B Corp Aussie business!

Was debating about what size to get. Though 16l has a large capacity given the depth and anything bigger would likely look huge for a shorter person like myself. Can fit a large lunch box and two in one tech pouch comfortably alongside cup and laptop. The laptop sleeve seems padded enough but is quite soft and flexible rather than a firm hold. As it is a separate compartment it works. Smart looking and stands up well making it easy to access items and practical for work. Three clips, one at the front and a each end allow flexibility adding items. The one downside is that it is not waterproof which should be a consideration if wishing to use during winter. Otherwise looks promising.

I never write reviews but as I have been travelling a lot for work, I needed a better option than 2 bags and a suitcase.
This bag is bang on. Really good structure. Lined unlike designer handbags. It’s great for everything in the office and travelling - side pocket for boarding pass and passport. Pocket for water bottle or umbrella.
Only thing I’d suggest is some studs on the bottom to keep it from getting grubby.

This bag is great. It is my third attempt in as many years to find a good commuting-to-work-on-public-transport bag. It easily holds my laptop, items for work, small make-up back, drink bottle etc. The thing I like most about it and a key reason for purchase was that I could easily put the bag over my shoulder (as well as use the extra strap I purchased). Many bag handles aren't long enough to put comfortably over shoulder. And, the added strap I purchased is adjustable, so I can manage the bag and centre of gravity. This might all sound a bit dull but it makes a big difference to the walk to and from public tram stop/train station. Great bag, great pockets inside and out. And the beige lining (rather than black) makes it far easier to find things in the bag. Delivery was also quick.
