      The other day, the hinge of my less-than-a-year old Nest v2 got cracked, but upon request with a picture on the damage, they sent me a replacement ASAP! I was amazed by their kind and quick support, despite myself located in Japan. Thank you folks!! One improvement I might add from this experience is that its hinger part can be made by a metal instead of a plastic!

      Really great product.

      THe product overally is excellent. My only critique is that it would be really nice if you could flip the lid's orientation. Also, it would be nice if you could change the delivery option, I was surprised the time it takes to ship from Australia to New Zealand was 2–3 weeks.
